Rally against ex-military dictator in Houston, TX Oct 10, 2009

Can the friends - individuals and organizations - belonging to CRDP return for a while to the founding principles of our group and stand together one more time to rally against the ex-military dictator Musharraf? It will really show our commitment to democracy in Pakistan and elsewhere.

A mail I received today says that the former Pakistani dictator is to speak in Houston, TX on Oct 10 at the invitation of World Affairs Council of Houston. We can protest to the WACoH for inviting a former military dictator and also demand his prosecution under the Constitution of Pakistan.

I would request the CRDP leadership and active members to give a serious consideration to this matter.
